The R&D team has a professional R&D team of more than 30 people with doctoral and master's degrees. The R&D personnel are specialized in wind engineering, civil engineering, mechanics, machinery, electrical and artificial intelligence and other technical fields. The core members are all outstanding innovative talents in the industry. The team has an international R&D system and rapid response R&D and design capabilities, and can provide photovoltaic support system solutions to global customers in a timely manner.

The R&D team integrates process verification, development, research and development, as well as achievement transformation and technical services, and focuses on industry-university-research cooperation. It will continue to conduct technical research and development and application innovation in the fields of efficient use of zinc resources and environmental protection. In addition, the R&D team combines the maintenance management issues of process technology with big data methods to provide technical support for the production line.

The R&D team consists of professors and master and doctoral students from Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology and China University of Mining and Technology, and is committed to the R&D of eight major technologies: chemical engineering, thermal engineering, structure, machinery, environmental engineering, visual recognition, automation and informatization.
